The Criteria
Must have a market-ready health innovation solution
Must be able and willing to complete a pilot in Colorado
Must be able to virtually attend and participate in events
While all companies are eligible to apply, we especially encourage those that have:
Solutions with founders and leadership teams that demonstrate diversity and inclusion in action, especially lived experience
Solutions that are impactful to vulnerable and underserved populations
Solutions compatible with Medicaid healthcare environments

Submit your application!
In the event that you do not meet the eligibility requirements as determined through the Prime Health pre-vetting process and are unable to compete in the first round, you will be eligible to receive a full refund of your application fee. Refunds will not be honored for companies accepted into first round competition.
** We never want the application fee to inhibit qualified companies from applying. If the application fee is a concern, please contact challenge@primehealthco.com to discuss scholarship options.

The Organization
Prime Health is the engine of Colorado’s nationally ranked digital health innovation ecosystem. We accelerate innovation that improves the equity, access, quality, and cost of health care by fostering the adoption of sustainable solutions, technologies, clinical models, and partnerships. Our programs are developed with, by and for the communities we serve, the organizations that care for them, and the solutions that drive us forward.
Since our inception in 2012, we have supported hundreds of Colorado companies ranging from new startups to some of the largest in the state and the nation. Our programs have directly contributed to the success of some of healthcare's best and brightest, including: CirrusMD, BurstIQ, Redox, Care on Location, Manatee, Nymbl, Meru Health, Visible Network Labs, InOn Health, Cubby Beds, and so many more.
