The Innovations in Food Is Medicine Summit is a partnership between Prime Health and the American Academy of Physician Associates (AAPA).
May 15th - day time - Innovations in Food Is Medicine Summit: The Food Is Medicine and Hunger Relief fields are complex and include diverse partners from across the health ecosystem from community-based organizations to national and federal regulators. Come to learn more about the complex issues in this field and how innovation is and can engage and provide support.
May 15th - evening - Food Is Medicine Hackathon Kick Off: Dovetailing off of learning and connections made at the Innovations in Food Is Medicine Summit, the Food Is Medicine Hackathon will bring together thought leaders, clinicians, innovators, and students to explore the intersection of diet and chronic disease prevention.
May 16th - morning - Food Is Medicine Hackathon:
As a special event of AAPA 2025, the largest national PA conference, the Food Is Medicine Hackathon will bring together AAPA attendees, and innovation experts to develop sustainable, food-based solutions that complement pharmaceutical approaches and redefine healthcare delivery.

McNichols Civic Center Building
The McNichols Civic Center Building is located at the northwest corner of Civic Center Park, at the intersection of Colfax and Bannock. In 1909, the cornerstone of the building was laid, setting the foundation for the then Carnegie Library that would become a center of learning in the park.
