Join us for the 2025 Innovations in Food Is Medicine Summit: Building and Supporting Public-Private Partnerships

The Prime Health annual Innovation Summit is being held across three 1-day events in 2025 to specifically address topics important to our partners! The first will take place on May 15, 2025 in partnership with the Annual American Academy of Physician Associates (AAPA) Conference held May 16-20 in Denver, CO. The Summit will be followed by a Food Is Medicine Hackathon hosted by AAPA and will be a great opportunity to connect and learn about innovations happening in Food Is Medicine.
