Prime Health CEO Announces Resignation: Embracing New Adventures and Continued Support for Health Equity

After nearly a decade of dedicated service to the Prime Health ecosystem, and five years as its esteemed leader, Rachel Dixon has made the heartfelt decision to step down as CEO, effective August 1st.
Rachel's tenure as CEO has been marked by significant achievements, transformative growth, and an unwavering commitment to the mission of advancing health equity through technology, innovation, and community collaboration. Under her visionary leadership, Prime Health has emerged as a nationally recognized force, renowned for its pioneering work in improving healthcare for historically marginalized, underserved, and vulnerable populations.
"It has been an honor and privilege to serve as CEO of Prime Health and work alongside such dedicated and passionate individuals," Rachel stated. "This was not an easy decision, but I believe it is the right time for me to take a personal hiatus and explore some long-anticipated adventures. It's important to practice what I preach about maintaining a healthy work-life balance."
During her tenure, Rachel witnessed the profound impact Prime Health has had on countless lives, and she remains deeply committed to the organization's mission. "I will always be cheering for Prime Health and Colorado's safety net health innovation ecosystem as a whole," she assured.
Stepping into the role of Interim CEO is Corrine Hill, a highly capable and esteemed member of the Prime Health team. Rachel expressed confidence in Corrine's ability to lead the organization forward, bringing fresh perspectives and innovative ideas.
As Rachel bids farewell to her role as CEO, she extends her gratitude to all the individuals who supported and collaborated with her throughout her journey.
